With the continuous development of vehicle display applications, the demand for vehicle-mounted glasses-free 3D displays is gradually increasing. However, the width of the main viewing area of the existing naked-eye 3D prism display is limited. In order to expand the viewing area, this article introduces a human eye-tracking algorithm to expand the optimal viewing area from 12 degrees to 60 degrees. It improves the actual display effect of cheap cameras and increases the possibility of project application.
73.2 - Ultrasensitive Image Sensor Based on Amorphous Silicon Avalanche Photodiodes (a-Si APD) Used for Optical Fingerprint Identification and Flat-Panel X-Ray Detector (1:50 PM - 2:10 PM)

Amorphous avalanche photodiodes (a-Si APD) are first introduced into flat-panel detectors, with much higher sensitivity than normal PIN PD devices. The flat-panel X-ray detector (FPXD) with a-Si APD can reduce radiation dose significantly because of its much higher sensitivity compared to traditional FPXD products.
